What is your real self?

When you meet yourself alone, when your essence is entirely extracted from objects and the movement of the mind and it stands in clarity by itself – this is what I call ‘Pure Identity’. Here you are truly real.

 

The awakening of Pure Identity represents a new critical stage in disengagement from the mind. This has massive implications all across your existence. But more important than that is the fact that, for the first time, you have become yourself. You are now embodying your very essence. You are no longer defining yourself through a virtual, secondhand summary of the ego’s accumulated labels: you just are.

 

By embodying your Pure Identity you embody your soul. You are yourself. For the first time you can truly say I am.
