The spiritual path is such a rich and beautiful landscape. It is your own landscape and the reality inside which you exist. Which is also the reality that exists in you.

After many years of very dedicated journey of self exploration I concluded that the two main elements of the spiritual path as I see it is the foundation of freedom and the flowering of the soul.
The foundation of freedom
By the foundation of freedom I refer to severing the contract of belief with the mind. The realization that the mind is in fact unreal, and that its mediation between us and the world, between us and ourselves, is entirely and fundamentally redundant. What you discover here is something entirely simple and yet earth shatteringly liberating – you discover that the reality you live in is silent.
When you realize that you realize heaven. Your life becomes soaked in freedom, peace and joy. Because that condition is your natural state and the natural state of life. You don’t gain something new. You just realize things as they are right now. For the first time. What was preventing you to discover it till now was your belief in the mind. When that is gone, freedom shines naturally and undisturbed.
The flowering of the soul
By the flowering of the soul I refer to the many ways the soul can actualize herself. There is a rich buffet of ways to do that. I can offer you what I know, but I encourage you to discover yours.
The state of absence
I have discovered the beauty of the state of absence, which is achieved through deep, penetrative surrender in meditation. Here you let go so deeply inside that you get absorbed into the unmanifested. You get taken in by the container. Your presence gives way to your absence.
The heart
Another beautiful avenue of self-actualization is the heart. The most beautiful, sweet and blissful foundation of meaning and love. The heart is a profound identity, a home and a gateway to the Divine.
Healing of the psyche
To that I will add the process of healing. Although that is not happening in the realm of the soul, but in her expression of the human, but by purifying and transforming the psyche you allow a wholesome way of being. Where you’re not just beyond the personal self, or even free from the mind and personality essentially, but that this very personality and its subconscious becomes fundamentally more harmonious.
The dialog with the soul
There is an immense beauty to be discovered and actualized in you, in life. I encourage you to nurture and find the sacred dialog you have with your soul. To come in touch with your intimate and profound wish. And those wishes may change. It’s all beautiful.
A beautiful journey
The foundation probably applies to all people. Simply because the suffocating presence of the mind is likely to hinder any true transformation. The flowering is a thing of creativity and exploration.
It is such a beautiful journey. I encourage to you embark on it. It is more than doable.
