The complete vision - The five avenues of actualization
There is a gorgeous buffet of ways to actualize your divine potential. Spirituality is a subjective and dynamic term, a field of possibilities. For me, it is about actualizing the potential of living in total splendor of peace, beauty, meaning and love in each Now.

I divide that actualization to two segments – the foundation of wellbeing coming from becoming free from the mind, and the flowering of the soul in one of the many possible ways. Both are entirely congruent and support and lead one to the other. There can’t be rigid rules to these actualizations. It is far too profound, intuitive and subjective to be bound by objective precooked definitions.

I’ll share with you my present vision, but I deeply encourage you to find your own, alongside benefiting from the understanding and tools I or anyone else shares with you. I’ll only give a very brief synopsis of each, but it should still provide you with a basic understanding of my vision of the path.

I follow and teach five avenues of actualizations -
1. The Foundation: State of Freedom
Removing the veil of the mind and reaching unconditional peace.
2. Meditation: The State of Absence
The journey of surrender in meditation, where the weight of your existence shifts from presence to absence, as you get more and more absorbed in the Unmanifested.
3. Heart: The Divine Essence
The exploration of the field of love, beauty and meaning which is found in your heart. In your heart you discover your Divine Essence as well as the gateway to the Divine dimension.
4. Healing: The Sequence of Release
Healing is not in itself an avenue of transcendence, but it is an important aspect of your path, just as the personal self is an important part of you. Here you learn to purify and heal your psyche and reach harmony and maturity on the level of your relative self.
5. The Sacred Dialog with The Princess
What is your deepest definition of spiritual flowering? What is it that your soul wants to actualize? Along with benefiting from existing knowledge and means of actualization, you’re encouraged to begin hearing and following the unique wishes your soul wants to fulfil. This is an extremely subtle, intuitive and sacred dialog. You’re reading this book because your soul propelled you to. What else does she want? Begin to hear her directly.
This is very far from being a rigid or fixed set of avenues. The internal environment is fluid and dynamic. All I do is share my own reality and the tools that I believe can lead you to actualize them. You may find one avenue more appealing than the other. Maybe you have a deep longing to disappear in meditation, maybe the beauty, meaning and love in your heart is bursting in you to be explored. Maybe you will discover your own unique way in the process. It’s all wonderful.

Still, you’ll probably need to become free or at least substantially removed from the mind as a basic starting point. Apart from the fact that life is just unheedingly painful when lived through the mind, it’s virtually impossible to discover anything of the realm of the soul, when that veil is covering her vision.
It is a splendid journey, a celebration of beauty, love and light, where you explore the potential of being alive, of being a soul in the infinite divine reality which resides inside you and inside which you reside.
