The state of absence - deep meditation

The State of Absence, which was called Samadhi in ancient India, is a profound and beautiful way to actualize your potential as a soul and realize of your unity with the Beyond.

In this journey you move from presence to absence.

The main principles of this surrender are a total letting go both vertically and immanently of your identity into that which contains it, which is the Unmanifested.

This process is beautiful. You disappear into the universal container, the Unseen. It may sound esoteric

but it is something you can experience if you put in the work.

The basic practice is to move through skillful and dedicated surrender from your presence to the space that hosts it. Deep breathing to the belly is one of the most efficient tools as it serves as an elevator through which you increasingly descend inwardly and become absorbed.

To significantly progress on the journey to absence you will need to sit in meditation for many hours. That involves daily practice, in formal meditation sessions and in moment-to-moment cultivation in activity. An important aspect of the journey is joining retreats where you dedicate time exclusively to your practice, ideally in silence.

The presence and guidance of a person who embodies the state of absence is instrumental to progress on this path.
